01What do I need?

A Windows 10 or 11 x64 PC and a tablet or display that Windows can use as a secondary monitor. Display software such as SpaceDesk or SuperDisplay is separate from SmartDeck.

02Does it work without a tablet?

Yes. SmartDeck can run on another monitor or in a regular desktop window, though it is designed around a touch-capable secondary screen.

03How customizable is SmartDeck?

You can shape pages, layouts, tile sizes, wallpapers, colors, gradients, icons, folders, widgets, header styles, page tabs, and trusted local plugins around your setup.

04Can pages change with the app I am using?

Yes. SmartDeck can match a page to an executable or window title, then switch automatically, suggest the change first, adjust the accent, or prepare optional audio and startup behavior.

05Is it just for streamers?

Not at all. SmartDeck works for development, study, everyday productivity, media, gaming, streaming, and any routine built from repeatable actions.

06Is this a subscription?

No. SmartDeck is a one-time purchase. It includes updates released for this edition, but not separately sold future products or services.

07How does the refund work?

08Are local plugins sandboxed?

No. Local plugins are trusted code. SmartDeck isolates and supervises them, checks fingerprints, and requires approval, but you should only install plugins from authors you trust.

The current early-access installer is intentionally unsigned. Use only the installer delivered through your official Dodo Payments order. Windows may show Unknown Publisher or Microsoft Defender SmartScreen; never disable Windows Security globally to install SmartDeck.

10What happens after purchase?

11How do I download SmartDeck again?

The personal SmartDeck license can be active on 1 Windows PC at a time and includes updates released for this edition.

13Can I move SmartDeck to another PC?

Yes. Deactivate SmartDeck from License settings on the old PC, then use the same license key on the new PC. Only one PC can be active at a time.
